The Embassy of Italy in Colombo is pleased to announce the 2025 edition of the Italian Cuisine Week Abroad, scheduled for the second half of November under the theme “Italian cuisine at the crossroads of health, culture, and innovation “.
On the occasion of this important initiative, participation by Italian hotels and restaurants in Sri Lanka—whether by hosting Italian chefs, offering special menus to their guests, or through other mutually agreed arrangements—will be possible upon confirmation.
