From 18 September 2025, legalization appointments will be managed through a Waitlist System.
- Waitlisting online is completely free – beware of third parties claiming to expedite bookings in exchange for payment.
- Slots will be released by the Embassy at regular intervals and allocated only on a first-come, first-served basis following the order of the waitlist.
- To prevent misuse, each passport is limited to 6 appointment requests per year.
Note: Not all documents may require to be legalized. Customers are requested to kindly read the documentation checklist (based on your kegalization needs) prior to booking an appointment for Italy Legalizations Services.
