Discover “Italian Museums,” the Ministry of Culture’s application that provides users with information on cultural venues in the national museum system and enables the purchase of admission tickets!
The application puts online information in English and Italian on 406 Italian museums and archaeological parks, geo-localizing their location with the viewer and giving access to a digital ticketing platform, without intermediary costs, built for those sites that until now did not offer such a service.
New features are also under development, such as recommended itineraries, audioguide and videoguide services, and versions in other languages.
The offer will gradually be extended to all public state museums and made available to cultural sites administered by local authorities, universities, dioceses or privately owned.
The application is available free of charge on major platforms (Google Play, Apple Store).
